Purpose of the Position:

The Manager, Enterprise Data will lead the Enterprise Data Management Team from both a managerial and architectural perspective. This role will serve as the organization’s data champion and liaison to the business, while cultivating, mentoring, and leading the team that will implement and execute their data vision while being very hands on in the day to day execution.

The Manager, Enterprise Data reports to the Senior Director, Data and Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all project participants are fully informed and educated on the impact (positive or negative) their project will have on UMA’s Enterprise Data. Understand and successfully communicate how data is, or will be, used, the implications on people, process and technology.
  • Become the liaison between the data consumer representatives and the data solution development, integration and governance teams as well as be able to serve as the lead architect on major data related projects.
  • Create and enforce a set of overall standards for documenting development requirements for all data centric projects, reports, and bug/break fixes.
  • Ensure all project development efforts regardless of size are properly accounted for and held to a high standard of data integrity, provide visibility to all stakeholders, and align with all the overall data goals and governance set forth by UMA.
  • Provides consultation on complex projects and become the primary contributor/specialist for multiple applications or technologies.
  • Guide your team of resources to ensure the technical and architectural goals of projects project are met and in line with UMA standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience implementing strategic, technical, architectural, and governance solutions related to Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence. Resets and/or cancels employee OPID’s, set-up and maintains email groups for new and existing Credit Union employees and departments. The IS Coordinator is the IT liaison between the Credit Union and Florida Hospital MIS when ordering computer and telecom equipment, scheduling repairs, and point of contact for resolving network and telephone issues.

This Sr. Associate IS Security Engineer will work with other Amgen teams like Security Operations on architecting, designing, and implementing technologies, processes, and other improvements in vulnerability management. This will also include participation in on-call activities.

This role will be part of Amgen’s Information Security team and will be expected to contribute to and help deliver services and projects in other areas of information security.

This position will be responsible for delivering security services across Amgen globally and focus on technologies but will support Threat & Vulnerability Management.


  • Configure, conduct, understand, review vulnerability assessments and provide false positive validation
  • Integrate, configure and conduct vulnerability management for Beigene
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to remediate or mitigate security vulnerabilities and build patching compliance dashboard

  • Advise incident responders as they develop and coordinate response, containment and remediation capabilities as appropriate
  • Management of technologies and processes relating to assigned Information Security capability including issue identification and resolution, integration with other tools, documentation, gap assessment, gap resolution and continuous improvement of the service
  • Define, provide, and improve metrics on the assigned services including the use of appropriate applications and tools for reporting
  • Develop or participate in the development of business cases and presentations on information security technologies of interest to Amgen
  • Participate in proactive research and provide recommendations for continuous improvements on information security technologies, processes and services
  • Develops, implements, and sustains operational scripts, data structures, libraries and programming code that optimize security in emergent compute patterns with diverse applications throughout the global environment.
  • Analyzes, designs, develops and operates programs, shell scripts, tests, and infrastructure automation capabilities in an advanced security context.

Position Overview

Under direction of the IT Security and Infrastructure Manager, this position performs the professional and technical work in the administration of the Agency’s corporate and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) network environments.  Requires knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization principles, and cyber security related activities. This position provides secondary support for maintenance and configuration of network software and hardware. This position has knowledge of office administrative software, including word processing and spreadsheets. Performance is monitored through periodic conferences, reports and administrative review.

Essential Functions

  • Plans, coordinates, configures, installs, updates, and administers network switches, routers, LAN’s, WAN’s, cell and Wi-Fi technologies for enterprise and SCADA networks.
  • Plans, coordinates, configures technology related to VPN’s, various routing protocols and firewall rules.

Position Summary
IT Project Manager, responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the information technology elements of moderate-complexity work efforts of new business launches from initiation to closure. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership through entire project lifecycle, including pre-sales requirements analysis and documentation, solution development, project planning and launch, implementation, and post-launch support.
  • As the technology Subject Matter Expert (SME), works closely with all Technology teams, internal and external clients, business partners and vendors to plan, organize, secure and manage resources for assigned Technology Launch Project efforts following software development lifecycle and project implementation policies and procedures as applicable.
